Issues with Account Password Reset Process

I recently encountered some difficulties while attempting to reset my account password on the MakeMKV support forum and wanted to share my experience to see if others have had similar issues or can offer any advice.
A few days ago, I found myself unable to log into my account and decided to use the password reset feature. I followed the standard procedure by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link and entered my registered email address. However, I did not receive any reset email, even after multiple attempts and checking my spam/junk folders.
Here are the steps I took:

- Entered my registered email address correctly.
- Waited for the reset email, which never arrived.

Moreover, I believe improving the responsiveness and effectiveness of the password reset system would greatly benefit all users. Maybe implementing a more robust system or providing alternative verification methods could be considered?
