Software License Key

I was just wondering how to get a copy of my MKV software license key. My 14-year-old son decided to run a bath which he forgot about for 2 hours. This resulting action took out my AV equipment & media PC (complete rebuild required). This inconvenient turn of events has resulted in me losing my MKV key email. I tried to contact Mike via the support email 2 months ago and also 2 weeks ago. Recently, I sent a message via the "Contact Us" link below. To date, I have not received a reply. I have my proof of purchase and can submit it via email.

Unfortunately, Mike is the only one with the keys, so waiting for his reply is in order.
He should be showing up soon, considering that the main beta key will need renewed shortly.

Shortly as in a few days ago, but still not renewed.
