Just purchased a license key on June 3, 2023 via PayPal, but have yet to receive it.
I sent a email to support@makemkv.com but yet to receive a reply. Hope to get a reply as I have a bunch of Blu rays that need backup.

Usually the key is in your email after purchase. Have you checked spam folders?

Checked my spam folder and nothing there. I called PayPro and they said they will contact the seller for a license key. No word yet.

Same here. Purchased yesterday and never received my key. I also emailed and haven’t received a response (not complaining, it is the weekend…just adding that I had the same problem in case it’s a systemic issue).

Looks like you have to contact them directly, at least that's what I see in one of the emails I got from the store

For MakeMKV license key please contact vendor directly at support@makemkv.com

Kinda wonky but guess that's how the author wishes to issue keys.

Same here, bought a license this morning so I could rip a stack of Blu-Rays purchased over the weekend. Didn't get the key in my order confirmation email and nothing yet from the support email address.

Just purchased a key and have the exact same problem: nothing's happening.
( I've sent an email to MKV support )

Add me to the list.
I've just purchased it but again no key in any of the emails and I've sent an email to the support page.
I am eagerly awaiting my key.

Same issue for me. Bought a license Sunday evening June 4th 2023 and no key so far. Sent a note to the support email address.

Same here too, got it in an email with "Activate your MakeMKV now" as the subject.

Hmm, I did not get an email either. Sounds like paypro are the ones to contact.
