So I've been using the eval recently with UHD's and thought I'd like to purchase, but the purchasign didn't seem to function. Checked my email, I bought makemkv in 2016....

If you bought in 2016, you're still an owner. Contact the owner ( svq@makemkv.com will work) if you do not have your purchased key.
