https://www.makemkv.com/faq/

That page doesn't load for me. I've tried different browsers and multiple ISPs. Maybe a misconfiguration on the web server?

Definitely something at the web level - it's returning a 500 error, which is something at the server level.

Going to have to wait for Mike to look at this one.

Hello,

The FAQ page is still down and not accessible. Will this be fixed any time soon?

The links in there don’t seem to work, so that’s only moderately helpful.
It would be really great if the actual FAQ on the website was fixed.

It would be best if the FAQ was fixed on MakeMKV.com.

The Wayback Machine of the Internet Archive does have the data, but it works in the weird way the Wayback Machine works.

If you open the aforementioned link (https://web.archive.org/web/20220428005 ... v.com/faq/) in a new tab, you'll get the FAQ page as it was captured by the Internet Archive on April 28, 2022. If you click on a link, say the 'What are forced subtitles on Blu-ray disc?' FAQ entry, you'll go this link: https://web.archive.org/web/20220513054 ... aq/item/10

That's a blank page, because that's what the IA captured when it visited that link on May 13, 2022. You have to click the blue 'back' arrow in the upper right corner to go back in time to a previous capture when the page was working (aka not serving a blank page). In this case, that's this link: https://web.archive.org/web/20220307012 ... aq/item/10 from March 7, 2022.
