I purchase a license, back in the pre-COVID times, but I am unable to find the receipt.

I tried several emails that I normally use and I was unable to find a receipt from avangate.com (or even PayPal, since it seemed PayPal was accepted at some point).
I also tried search for makemkv with no hits.

I thought I had registered for this forum before, but I also am unable to retrieve the password (check spam filter too).

Is there a way to look up the key that I purchased and figure out which email/processor was used for it?

In the about box, I see
License Type: Registered
Expiration: Never.

Currently running 1.15.2 and I'm concerned that if I upgrade, I will lose the license info and never be able to retrieve it.

When I search for 'makemkv' I find my purchase receipt in my email. It happens to be from 2checkout.com and GuinpinSoft Inc.

I've had a license from 2019 and even through all the intervening versions, I've never had to input my license key again.

I think the current processor is Paypro.

Also, you can email support@makemkv.com.

Under Help -> Register I can see my license key.

In the box it should still have your key just copy it and save it somewhere.
Also I have updated makemkv many times without having to put the key in

To get your key from Mike, you'll have to send a message to support@makemkv.com with the email address you used when you originally paid... He can find it that way.

If you have a copy running with your key already, you can copy/paste it into your new computer (assuming that's why you want it), as the key doesn't change.

If your MakeMKV shows License Type: Registered and Expiration: Never, it means the permanent key is already stored on your system. Upgrading MakeMKV will not remove or overwrite a valid lifetime license, so you’re safe to update.
