PM in Outbox, not Sent?

I sent mike_admin a PM, but instead of going to my Sent folder it is sitting in my Outbox.
Am I restricted from PMing so far?

the pm stays in the outbox until the user reads it
If they never read it stays there

No, moderators don't deal with PMs.
You send a PM, it goes into your Outbox. When the other person reads it, it moves to your Sent box.

It probably will be read, but I cannot say what else will happen.
You can check if it's been read by looking at your outbox; when a message is read, it is moved from "sent" to "outbox", if I remember correctly.
