"See our forum for details" - Thanks, but where? ;)

Post by T-buch »

I have been reading this (like a lot of other people, i guess): http://www.makemkv.com/errors/read/

It ends up with: "[...]that can be opened by MakeMKV later. See our forum for details."

I don't know if means a specific place or just generally looking around?

I don't think Mike was very precise because there really isn't one topic here that explains what to do.

This one discusses it: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=17087&p=69984

The key is that the copy has to have completed without errors - If some files do not copy, this method generally will fail, too.

Thanks

But Its says nothing in the http://www.makemkv.com/errors/read/ to copy it as an Image (ISO) just "to copy all files from the disc to the hard drive manually"

Procedure, though, is the same - the important part is that the discatt file be present, so that MakeMKV has the decryption information.
