FAQ Page doesn't load

This has been a problem for me every time I try to go there for the past month. I searched this forum but couldn't find anything about this.

Would like to know how to get support. I'm a paid customer.

The FAQ page on the website has been gone for a while, unfortunately.

The forum is active and has a bunch of sticky posts with FAQs, however.
