Purchased with Paypal, no key recived

I tried buying a key via Paypal 2 days ago.

I am unsure if I have to wait for the Paypal payment to go through first. I couldn't find an email on the FAQ page since it is still down.

I this the correct way to ask for support?

Issue resolved.

I goofed and put the wrong email. But they sent it to the email I contacted them on.
