I didn't see an introduction thread, so forgive me if I missed it.

I just wanted to say hello, and to thank everyone for their efforts here. I won't clog the forum with my newbie questions unless I can't figure it out with a lot of reading first.

My goal is to rip my modest CD, DVD and Blu ray collection (not 4k/UHD), and I just need a good external drive to get started. From my reading here so far I understand that most any drive will do since I don't need UHD, but I'd like to find something 'nice,' with a good quality case and such, supports LibreDrive, etc. Obviously I don't know enough to know what to ask yet, but I'll get there.
