Love the product and felt I should finally pay up. so I followed the link to pay for a key and it took me to Paypal, completed transaction and got a paypal receipt but no MakeMKV email with key.
And now I realize there is no contact information for any of this. Is there anyway to contact somebody to send me my key?

I think the current payment processor is PayPro Global. If you can't find the email in your spam folder or wherever, you should be able to do a support chat on their website and they'll send you the key again.
