Website should force HTTPS

It would be really awesome if the following happened, specifically since it is a software download site:

- The site redirected all traffic to HTTPS.
- The application itself linked to https:// addresses.

Happy to give advice on how to set this stuff up. Thanks for the great software.

Doubt it's really 100% possible, given that there are tens of thousands of links in the database, and no mechanism to update/test them.
