Hi. Does anyone use the PlayStation 5 as a UHD Blu-ray player? I'm interested in triple layer discs, i.e. BD100. I've heard about problems with playing such discs mainly on Xbox Series X, but on PlayStation 5 too, and I'm considering buying an Xbox Series X or PS5 for gaming and convenient disc playback. I mainly play concerts, so they don't have Dolby Vision, only Atmos.

I have around 30 UHD disks and played almost all of them on PS5. Never had any issue. Like you said, only catch is no Dolby Vision but only HDR.
