The problem is clearly on your side.
Make sure no disc in drive and drive is closed.
As depicted in the tutorial you need to load 2 files. Firmware and kernel.
You need to check force flash.
After flashing you need to remove all power from the drive if you have a power supply and also USB.
READ the tutorial and follow it by the book!

As replied by PM you were trying to flash some files from an obscure source. I don't even have these firmware files. Try the ones from the package and it will work.
