Hello, I am at my wits end with this flashing process.

I have tried to use the flasher, the cmd prompts, and everything I could think of. I will attach a few screenshots of what I am seeing and dealing with. I can verify the drive works and is being show in file explorer, being seen in MakeMKV, but getting "No drive tool logic found in SDF.bin Internal error 0x8d000000" in cmd prompt. It does burn normal/bluray movies fine.

Post your Makemkv info. Did you make sure drive is empty and closed?
