I bought Pioneer BDR-S13UBK from BillyCar11 in July 2024. The drive has died within 9 months. I was using it with Vantec NexStar NST-540S3-BK enclosure and Billy told me that this is the likely reason that it died. I got the new OWC Mercury Pro enclosure just to make sure and still the same issue. I reached out to Pioneer Warranty Support at +1 (800) 421-1404 to get a replacement since it's within the one year warranty with the receipt that Billy provided. This receipt I was provided was only a month old, the customer support has denied to provide a replacement, here are the notes below.
