Re: BDR-XD07 help with UHD compatibility
Generally speaking, don't flash Pioneer drives as you're likely to make them incompatible.

Does your drive not work with a UHD? Your post suggests LibreDrive status is Enabled.

Re: BDR-XD07 help with UHD compatibility
I bought it thinking it was a UHD drive with old firmware then noticed too late that no UHD label on box lol. I've tried UHD disks, but no luck. But searching this forum some members may be able to help flash it, only through a private channel? I have an LG BP60nb10 that I am able to rip 4k and watch, through MK firmware. it was bought on amazon idk if I got lucky on the version but its a noisy one! Pioneer is recommended... How many non UHD drives pioneer drives are able to get UHD working through some work? The UHD guide skips on this knowledge.
Re: BDR-XD07 help with UHD compatibility
The only new slim drive that is UHD capable on the free market is a Verbatim 43888. You can try asmcom as a seller here and get a pre-flashed newer type Pioneer model.bakeractive wrote: ↑Sat Aug 24, 2024 7:22 pmI bought it thinking it was a UHD drive with old firmware then noticed too late that no UHD label on box lol.
