Expected Verbatim 43888 error rate?

Recently bought this drive and with the last M-DISC of a 5 pack I bought, I even tried to burn while not touching my desk. I just started the process (at the slowest possible write speed) and then slowly backed away. Just when I was about to leave the room, I heard the drive open...
Overall, I was only able to burn 2/5 discs successfully.
Is this error rate expected?
