Issues flashing WP50NB40

Having some issues with flashing WP50NB40 with 1.03 firmware nb50 was manufactures in 3-16-2021i pretty sure i fallowed the steps correctly and flashed the correct firmware but it cannot read UHD discs at all.

we were able to figure out it was a dirty lens on the drive some cleaning and now its working
