Looking for a 4k region free blu-ray drive

Hey i'm very new to this stuff i'm looking for a 4k region free blu-ray drive that i can get could you help?
Would it also be possible to hook up a Panasonic DMP-BDT280EB to my pc to play it on my computer if there are no drive out there?

Not the assembly - and it would depend on what the actual drive inside the assembly is as to whether it would be useful in your computer.

4K UHDs are not region coded.

On May 12, 2015, the Blu-ray Disc Association revealed completed specifications and the official Ultra HD Blu-ray logo. Unlike conventional DVDs and Blu-rays, the new 4K format does not have region coding.
If you get an optical drive for your computer that is
LibreDrive capable, it will ignore region coding on DVDs and regular blu-rays.

I'm dislexic and i can't do thosse kinds of technical things and i thank you for your replies.
So 4k isn't coded that's good.
Would you know of a 4k drive that is blu-ray region free?

Any of the drives in the guide with old fw
Or any of the drives I sell with old fw.
