How To Cross Flash A Pioneer BD-RW BDR-XS07TS To UHD?

I'm new to blurays and bought a Pioneer BD-RW BDR-XS07TS without realising that it wouldn't read UHD discs 
I've read on here that people have been flashing the firmware for the UHD version to these drives but I can't figure out how to do it. I'd also like to enable LibreDrive for it. Sorry to be a nuisance but can anyone offer some advice on how to do it?
