Can’t read or detect UHD disc. Can this be flash on a Mac. Thanks

Flashing on a Mac isn't a big issue, but... what year is the drive? Asus has put different drives inside that case, some of which can be flashed to do UHD, others which cannot. Cut-off seems to be in 2018 or so.

How am I to open an exe file on osx. I think my post above was altered before approval. I indicated I was on osx os. Thanks and HNY
