LG-BP50NB40 external Blu-ray question

Hello, I was able to successful recovery downgrade to 1.0 on my LG-BP50NB40 NB52 external Blu-ray player, and can now read 4K discs.

Wanted to ask regarding the zip file from MartyMcNuts (Hybrid_Firmware_for_BP50NB40_to_BP60NB10.zip) which contains 2 files.

I picked this one to recovery (DE_LG_BP60NB10_1.00_MK_HBD.bin)

If I wanted to, can I change my version to, DE_LG_BP50NB40-NB50_1.01_MK_HBD.bin would I have to flash or recovery to change to 1.01 from 1.00?

Also wanted to know is there any differences between the two versions, DE_LG_BP60NB10_1.00_MK_HBD and DE_LG_BP50NB40-NB50_1.01_MK_HBD, or should I just stick to 1.00?

If you don't want to read UHD discs anymore then yeah go to that firmware
