BP60NB10 - Missing after flash

I followed the guide and successfully flashed my BP60NB10 with HL-DT-ST-BD-RE_BP60NB10-1.02-NM00800-212005070935 firmware.

I was able to copy a few movies, then I got tired and shut down my PC for the night.

Today my drive is no longer detected by Windows on this PC and many other PC's I have tried.

I cant find any answers using the search function of this forum. I am assuming this problem has some fancy esoteric name I have never heard of before and experienced users will be here to chastise and embarrass me for not knowing a simple fix they have known for years. Cool, you're the blu-ray dvd burner guy.

Is my drive dead now?

Check the connection on the dive end
Leave it unplugged for 5 mins
Plug in both connections to the PC directly no unpowered USB hubs and see if it works
