Best USB adapter for using LG BP60NB10

Post by DC-2187 »

I have to use a USB adapter because on my windows laptop I have only one usb-a port and three type c ports but i was using a usb type c adapter and it started giving me some issues with opening 4k discs after a few successful rips. i switched up the usb adapter and am now on my Mac Mini M2 and it is working without any issues.

so my question is if there is a good usb dongle that i can pair up with my drive. I dont know if this issue is common or not.

Get yourself a powered USB hub. A few extra USB ports won't go astray!
Cheers :D

you could also get this https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00UUBRX0Y? ... ct_details
but the powered hub is the much better idea these drives are power hungry alot of laptops have trouble powering them

i ended up getting a powered hub. this will be just be when i'm using my laptop. i imagine once i get my desktop PC rebuilt that this wouldn't be necessary to use?
