BU40N V1.04 flashed but not enabled?

I've attached a screenshot to try and help.

New drive in a Vantec enclosure. As you can see I've run the flash using the .bin from the latest zip in the MK thread, but it doesn't seem to have worked - can anyone provide advice please?

Has the hardware been reset since the flash? As in, powered off so it will re-read its firmware when it powers up?
