WH16NS40 Error

Hello, I have tried flashing the firmware to this drive to be able to have UHD functionality. Now MakeMKV will not open any disc and will just time out and not respond.
However I am still able to play back normal bluray discs in a playback program (aiseesoft) and seem to be able to rip them in other software (leawo). I am kinda stuck at this point and am hoping that someone will be able to help me fix the issue.
