"No drive tool logic.." when flashing BU40N

Hello,
I just got the BU40N in Archgon enclosure, which came with 1.01 firmware. I've attempted to flash it with 1.03 MKV firmware, still I get the following error
Code: Select all
c:\Program Files (x86)\MakeMKV>makemkvcon64.exe f -v --all-yes -d D: rawflash enc -i C:\HL-DT-ST-BD-RE_BU40N-1.03-NM00000-211810241934.bin
Loaded SDF.bin version 0x7e
No drive tool logic found in SDF.bin
Internal error 0x8d000000
Is there a way to recover and flash it? (note: I've already flashed 3 drives, twice BU40N, and never approached such issue)

Thanks @Billycar11 for help. Still that doesn't bring any difference
Code: Select all
C:\Program Files (x86)\MakeMKV>makemkvcon64.exe f -v --all-yes -d D: rawflash -i C:\HL-DT-ST-BD-RE_BU40N-1.03-NM00000-211810241934.bin

I found hint about -v at some other post in a forum, that it produces more verbose output. Without -v is effect is same, just output is less verbose):

What do you mean by "adapter"? It's Archgon external ->
https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07B2RMXKW/ref ... 01_TE_item simply connected via USB 3.0 cable.
What's interesting it that it's fixed drive returned to me after servicing. When I bought it new, I had not issues with flashing it, still after some time got broken (started to be very noisy and produced many errors while ripping), I've send it back for guarantee service, and what I received back is a unit, again with a original Firmware, which now I'm not able to flash over.

I'm thinking the new case may not be passing through flashing commands I think all your stuff is correct don't know what else could be wrong
Try with the asus flasher see what happens

I think it gets same error:

I'll see later, maybe I can remove it from case, and check with the other. Still that's weird, as in very same case I was able to flash it previously (when it was new, before servicing)

You were right, I've just put this drive to different case and was able to flash without issues.
It's interesting as in same enclosure without issues I flashed this drive when it was new, it's version I got back after servicing that didn't allow flashing.

How did you remove the drive from the Archgon enclosure?

There are screws under the front or rear rubber feet can't remember off the top of my head I want to say rear. Then from there it's self explanatory
