Asus BW-16D1HT won't flash

Hi everyone,
I just bought the BW-16D1HT and tried to flash it with the command line routine to the mk firmware included in the firmware package. I did include the "enc" in the code line. That didn't work so the next try was using the sdftool but still the same. It says that the flashing was completed but makeMKV still won't read the UHD bluray. A restart did not help.
Any ideas, why it does not work?
