Make LG BH16NS55 1.05 UHDfriendly

Hello everybody,
I have just bought a LG BH16NS55 1.05 drive and want to backup UHD movies. I am a bit confused about
- what software i should use to downgrade,
- what firmware is the best for the drive AND
- which Software is the best to copy UHD-movies?
I used to copy blu-rays with the DVDFab Ripper on an BH16NS40 (2013) and was quite happy with the results.
But the old drive couldn't handle UHDs.
What i have alrready tried with the BH16NS55 is:
- downgrade with makemkvcon64.exe f --all-yes -d D: rawflash enc -i c:\Firmware\HL-DT-ST-BD-RE_WH16NS60-1.02-NM00100-211810291936.bin AND
- upgrade to HL-DT-ST-BD-RE_BH16NS55-1.04-NM01701-211901041342.bin
But when i Make a Backup of a Movie i get the following Error:
MakeMKV v1.15.4 win(x64-release) gestartet
Using LibreDrive mode (v06.2 id=067EFCA8EA7E)
Disk in Ordner kopieren "E:/Video/backup/ATTACK OF THE CLONES"
Evaluierungsversion. Es verbleiben noch 30 von 30 Tagen.
Lade aktuelle HK in E:\Filme\mkv ...
Inhalte-Hashtabelle geladen, überprüfe Integrität der M2TS-Dateien.

Titel /BDMV/STREAM/00069.m2ts in Datei E:/Video/backup/ATTACK OF THE CLONES/BDMV/STREAM/00069.m2ts zu speichern schlug fehl
Is this a problem of the disk or should i use a different Firmware
