LG BH16NS55 + ICY BOX. Keeps disconnecting/reconnnecting

So I bought yesterday LG BH16NS55 and RaidSonic ICY BOX IB-550StU3S. I flashed it to BD-RE WH16NS60 patch 1.02 It worked perfectly no issues all day.
But now it keeps connecting/disconnecting every other second.
Any suggestions on what to do?

That would probably be an Icybox issue. Unplug it from the drive; does the OS still connect/disconnect from the USB device?

It has been running for 5 minutes now without the drive. No discconnects yet.

Is the Icybox powering the drive from its own power supply?
Digging in to some of the reviews, people have had issues with the power supply being flaky. Try to actually do anything with the optical drive, and the unit would shut down completely. Change to a different power supply, and the issues went away.

It is using Icy box power adapter. Now I'm trying your advice with a different adapter. Testing right now.

I had disconnecting errors in the past with USB PCI cards with VIA chips. Had to replace the cards with Renesas chips to get rid of them. So please check the ICY with another PC or Laptop to check if the USB path is the root cause.

Update:
I have now been ripping 4-5 of my blurays successfully. The issue seems to be happening with a few blurays and most of my 4k blurays.

New update again
I finally figured it out. The problem was with my USB-controller driver.
So I went into device manager removed the driver for both my USB-controllers, and restarted my pc. I also ran the usb connection from the ICY BOX through my USB 3.0 to USB-C adapter.
That did the job for me, now I'm having no issues at all.
