BD-RE BH16NS55 and Archgon MD-8107S-U3YC-UHDB-S

last year a build a new PC with the BD-RE BH16NS55 (1.03) and today I ordered a Archgon MD-8107S-U3YC-UHDB-S. (for laptop) I'm new in this topic because I never ripped a UHD bluray.
What I have to do with the LG and with the Archgon? Which firmware that I can rip? I hope I can play UHD BR without downgrade?

I always used existing mkv files from the internet to watch but it would be interesting to rip ...

Just use my all you need firmware pack it has the right firmware for the BU40N
