What is the fastest blu ray ripper that also rips 4K and also writes?

I have an LG WH16NS60 which seems to rip as well as can reasonably be expected. If ripping speed is a real concern, know that MakeMKV supports running multiple instances of itself. So, you can get multiple drives and rip two or more discs at the same time.

For writing 4K I suppose too. What are the fAstest blu ray external drives that red work? Money is no issue
