Looking to buy a drive

Buying a new PC and I want to buy a new optical drive to go with it. Here is what I need
External drive
Able to read CDs, DVDs, blus, and 4K discs
Able to play 4K UHD discs (willing to update firmware if necessary)
Does such a drive exist?
