Asus BW-16D1HT

Hi, I have a Asus BW-16D1HT running firmware 3.01, which works fine for so long then will not read disc's. If I re-flash the firmware it works again for a while at least, any idea's?
I have the same drive and was having a problem with the latest Flash Gordon 4K causing that issue, cross-flashed to the WH16NS60 firmware and it's working fine now. In the firmware pack the file is in: ...\MK\HL-DT-ST\WH16NS60\.
I think I was on firmware 3.10 though..
