Problem with some UHD disks on a HL-DT-ST BD-RE BU40N drive

I am not sure if this should go under UHD disks or UHD drives so please forgive me if I post in the wrong area but this seems to involve multiple disks.
Most 4K UHD disks have no problems with the drive, however, 1917, Midway, I think the last Pirates of the Caribbean movie, and now Cold Pursuit just do not read. In other words, there is nothing that shows up under that disk. Since the disk is not reading, it is not creating the file to send so I do not think this is a certificate issue so I do not think that is the problem and more into the firmware or the drive, itself, possibly a newer form of copyright protection.
It is not all new disk. Zombieland 2 and Rise of Skywalker are examples of newer disks that I had no problems reading.
Here are the specs of my drive I am using to read UHD disks and I obtained the firmware from here and flashed it, myself, and I am above average computer literate.
BTW, that Unrestricted read speed entry would be a nice to have.
Here is the drive issue with Cold Pursuit in it. It attempted the load process and the disk is still physically in the drive. I cannot find any other log information to give:
