Verbatim /Pioneer BDR-UD03 cant see blank BD-R

Hello guys, and sory for oftopic, but i have this external mechanik, old model with micro USB (like hdd have) and it can READ cd, dvd, even blu ray, but when i insert blank BD-R verbatim, it say "incompatible medium" seriously wtf, i have even original bd-r which come with box, i tested imgburn or nero, all the same, do you anyone have idea, why this is ?? do you think flashing new firmware will fix this ?? or blu ray laser died ??

If the blu-ray laser had died it would not be able to read a blu-ray.

I haven't burned a disc in a long time. I don't know what the problem might be.

Please just start Imgburn, select write folders, insert your BD-R and post a picture what is shown under "Device". Use Google to share the picture.
