Pioneer BDR-S13JX and new 1.04 Firmware...

Just updated to a new firmware from Pioneer and I can no longer rip UHD discs...

Hopefully an updated version of MakeMKV will fix this.

you don't update your firmware if it works pioneer is probably going to eventually start trying to prevent this im not saying this is the case yet but submit your new firmware to the developer and he will see if he can add support.
