Access to USB drives can be blocked as part of Windows 10 "Ransomware" protection, even as an administrator. You didn't say what operating system you're using, but that is a common issue.
Pick your favorite search engine and search for "windows ransomware exception" to find one of the many Microsoft pages that explain how to make an exception.

Optical disk drives are considered "removable media" by Microsoft. Ransomware protection applies to "removable media", even if it is write-protected.
MakeMKV needs to access the optical drive at a lower level than most programs if it is going to remove copy protection. So while you can play a DVD from the drive, ripping can be rejected.

In fact, it's not the windows ransomware option because it's deactivated !
I no need to make an exception if the option is not activated...
So, why all my others program can find my Pioneer burner except Make MKV ????

I have already do this and... same thing !
I don't understand why my burner is not recognised and that, only in Make MKV !
In fact, it is not serious because my 2 Asus burners are recognized with Make MKV !!! ^^
But why this is not the case with my Pioneer ?

How is the drive attached? With an additional SATA chip? Marvell chips are troublesome with Makemkv. Maybe just switch the SATA cables with one of your other drives to check if that has an effect.
Re: Make MKV don't recognise my "PIONEER BD-RW BDR-212M" !
Ok !
I've just find the solution !
Seriously, it's fun in fact... lol
I have checked the drivers in the Device Manger of Windows 11 !
I see that the drivers are by default those of Micro$oft !
So, I have updated with the latest MARVELL drivers.
And ? Tadaaaaaaa !
-----> My Pioneer is now recognised ! :p
In fact, it was too stupid and easy ! lol
But you had to think about it...
Of course, thanks to all of you for your help ! ^^
