BW-16D1HT flash with VBox/Win10/Inatek adapter

Hi,

first of all big thanks to Mike Admin, MartyMcNuts and all the others who've dedicated their time to coding, testing and documenting firmware modifications and things related.

In case it's useful to anyone else I'm sharing how I flashed my BW-16D1HT just now:

* MacBook Pro (Early 2015)
* Windows 10 developer VM image: https://aka.ms/windev_VM_virtualbox
* VirtualBox 6.0
* Inatek SATA to usb 3.0 adapater (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00N4J ... prod_image)
* Marty's (Modified) ASUS ODD FW Changer (24.08.2019) + UHD Friendly Firmwares + Latest MK Pack

I set up the Windows 10 VM by importing the .ova image from the unzipped download and installed the guest additions. I needed to reconfigure USB on the VM to 3.0 which has to be done with the VM stopped. I was then able to connect the Asus through to the VM which – tada! – was visible to the FW changer when it started up. Then it was just a question of selecting the appropriate firmware (3.10MK in my case) and the flash proceeded without any hiccups.
