Multi drive setup

#1 Post by slippers_123 » Sun Apr 16, 2023 5:15 pm

I am completely new to ripping and have read a lot posts on here and yet still I'm confused.

I built a pc some years back, and I'm looking to rebuild with several optical drives to rip blu Ray initially, but in time uhd.

I am pc IT savvy, have never flashed a drive, but not afraid to try.

Money isn't really a problem, i just want drives that will work.

Could someone reccomend a drive or drives that I can get from amazon, ebuyer or scan etc in UK which requires will just work or that are easy to flash with a link to a guide to get me started?

It you want drives that just work avoid the LG and Asus desktop drives.

Go for UHD pioneers, BU40Ns, bp50nb40 or bp60nb10.
Asmcom is in the UK and has an ebay store.
