If I got a pioneer wich model is affordable

Looking at Pioneer drives to use DVDfab can use mkv if needed but what are some models that are affordable cause seems the 211ubk and 212ubk are over price discontinued drives so wich Pioneer would be a good drive and affordable 130ish and can it be used with DVDfab or does it need to be mkv

Ultimate UHD Drives Flashing Guide Updated 2022, 1st post has an entire section on recommended drives.... including Pioneer. They are more expensive, because they are generally considered more reliable.

You ask a lot of questions about DVDFab... in a MakeMKV forum. Seems misplaced?
