Need help flashing BW-16D1X-U

Hello, I just got my ASUS BW-16D1X-U external drive in the mail from amazon and need some help with flashing it. I tried using the SDFtool but it says I have the wrong platform. I have access to both a windows and linux computer at the moment. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!
