Returning Old makemv User

Hello folks, I have been getting back into the scene of backing up my purchased UHD content and would really appreciate if someone could give me a quick summary of what is the best recommended UHD drive currently since my makemkv is now reporting errors stating my drive is going bad. It was able to backup 2 out of 3 disc after several computer restarts, so I definitely think the optical reader is going bad since I also bought it used with the firmware installed.

Any recommendations?

The recommendations are in the UHD drive's largest message file, "Ultimate UHD Drives Flashing Guide Updated 2023". Hard to miss if you loaded the UHD drives forum.
