I'm seriously considering the Verbatim Slim 4K Drive - https://www.amazon.com.au/Verbatim-Exte ... B07MTP9VKX
The only thing that I'm concerned about is how fast it can rip Blu-rays and 4K UHDs, especially in contrast to other drivers.

It has a Pioneer BDR-UD04 in the enclosure. You can go for it.TheMKVMaker wrote: ↑Wed Jan 25, 2023 12:02 amI'm seriously considering the Verbatim Slim 4K Drive - https://www.amazon.com.au/Verbatim-Exte ... B07MTP9VKX

Interesting - does that mean that other dvd ripping programs can utilize this drive or is it only MakeMKV that is the exception?Coopervid wrote: ↑Wed Jan 25, 2023 3:48 pmIt has a Pioneer BDR-UD04 in the enclosure.
