LG WH16NS40 for ripping on a Mac?

I'm looking for a UHD-friendly optical drive that will work well with Macs. I see the LG WH16NS40 being offered in enclosures that will allow it to be plugged into a computer via USB. Has anyone had experience with the LG WH16NS40 with a Mac?

Yeah it works any of the drives on my list work on Mac windows or Linux.
I would recommend the BU40N though
