computer not recogizing ava bluray

I have 2 computer with lg bd drive 13ns40 and 16ns40
when i put AVA bluray in the disk is not recognized. it is not recoginized in file manager=not recognized by either computer
disk is recognized by stand alone bluray player
computers run on win 10 and 11
so obviously make mkv doesnt see disk
other disks work fine

so whats going on and is there a workaround
dont belive disk is 4k but only have disk not packaging

Try gently cleaning the disc. Then try putting the disc in your optical drive and waiting until Windows recognizes the disc before starting MakeMKV.
