Windows PC won't read Pioneer BR-XS07UHD Drive

Hi all! I am messaging because I'm having an issue with my xso7 drive that I bought recently.

I'm not entirely sure what the issue is, but when I connect my drive to my windows pc, the pc does not recognize it at all. Not on File Explorer nor on MakeMKV. I assume this is an issue with the drive because I have another drive that works with Blu-Ray/DVD only and my pc can read/rip it perfectly fine. I wonder if because it's a 4K Drive, the pc has trouble with it. I've looked through various forums for insight but couldn't find anything. So I'm asking here if anyone would happen to know or have an idea as to what the issue is and how to resolve it.
