I tried to use the Asus ODD FW changer but got Error #4. Crossflash did nothing.
Are these methods out of date? I paid a good chunk of money for this drive and it'd be a shame if it couldn't read 4K discs.

What is the drive information as presented by MakeMKV?
What firmware are you trying to flash it to?
Was the drive purchased years ago or recently?
How is the drive connected? USB enclosure or other?
If in an enclosure, what is the exact model and/or is it one of the compatible listed in the main drives guide post in this forum?
Any other detailed relevant information regarding your current setup may help in advising better as well. (E.g macOS?, Windows? Linux? VM? other?)
